♱WS Laws♱

Above is an example of what you get when the laws are broken.

Courting and Mating
1. Before courting you must ask permission from an Alpha or Beta.

2. You must court at least 2-3 weeks before you may mate.

3. Before having pups, you must inform an Alpha or Beta you are pregnant THEN after 6 weeks you may have your pups. (Counting starts from the day you tell the Alpha or Beta.)

4. Wolves have 1-7 pups. Please have players for all the pups before giving birth to them. If you have players for over 7 pups and want to have over that amount, ask an Alpha for permission.

5. Mating season for the pack is February-April, There will be no mating before/after these months. Also, please try to pick a different time to mate than another female so we don't have too many pups at once.

6. Pups cannot mate until they are of age, Females: 2 years, Males: 3 years. When they turn 1 they may court until they are of age.

   - Mating of the lower ranks will only be allowed if the Alpha Pair has not mated and is not expecting pups.

Hunting
7. Only an Alpha, Beta, or the Ace Hunter may call a group hunt.

8. You must have at least 4 wolves to hunt large prey.

9. Visitors will not be able to hunt unless invited to do so.

10. Pups may not hunt until the age of 6 months, and then, only small prey in the clearing. When they turn 9 months, they may begin coming on hunts if an adult is present.

11. Only Members, Assessments and Honored Guests will be allowed to eat food that is hunted, unless said otherwise by an Alpha.

12. After quitting the pack, you will only be allowed one more chance, after that, you're not welcomed as an Assessment again. You may visit the clearing, though, if the Alpha(s) permit it.

Other
13. Animals other than wolves may enter our clearing at their own risk. It isn't our fault if another creature comes in and they get eaten. It's called nature.

14. Every wolf will be held responsible for the information that is posted in the news. Should anyone ask a question that a news bulletin answers, the Alpha female will not bother in discussing it. In other words, read the news daily.

Behavior

15. We are realistic. If wolves can't do it... Don't do it. (Climbing trees, having powers, etc, is not allowed)

16. Any decision an Alpha makes goes, NO buts, even if you think it isn't fair. This code of respect also applies to Betas and Elders (a Beta overrules an Elder, and an Alpha overrules a Beta).

17. You may only have ONE character in this pack and this pack alone, unless someone is in need of a person to play their pup. (Meaning you cannot join another pack with another character and expect to still stay in this pack. Also, If you wish to play a pup there is a limit to one per person as to not fill the pack with clones.)

19. If a wolf dies and tries to return as the same wolf, they will be banned from the chat.

20. When participating in RP you must type in full sentences utilizing proper grammar to the best of your ability.

21. When describing your actions, use third person, use symbols to separate your actions from your speech, and when talking out of character (OOC), be sure to use double parentheses or brackets.

EX:) In Character (IC) -trots over to the unknown individual, its scent, from a distance, confused her because it seemed to emit smells of two distinctly different creatures. her gait was light and graceful. she carried herself with much dignity despite her youth, holding her head high and tail straight. as she approached, her hypnotic blue-gray eyes were wide and bright and her tongue lolled out of the side of her muzzle, giving the appearance of a wolfish grin-

EX:) Out of Character (OOC) [[Sorry guys, I have to go for the night, see you tomorrow]]

22. Keep OOC to a minimum.

23. Be sure to state your ideas in no more than 2 posts back to back (In other words, no spamming).

24. The only time leniency will be exercised in regards to the behavior of the RP players is when an Alpha calls a "Free Time." This is a time most dedicated to being off-the-wall, unrealistic, and even vulgar, providing an opportunity to show who you really are. (Plays a key role in bonding) A Beta may call a "Free Time" if an Alpha is not present.
